Low Calorie Recipes (150 or less)

Low Calorie Recipes
150 calories or less.
***All calories are estimated and can vary depending on ingredients used in the reciepe***

All my recipes are single serve which is perfect for those of us who are single or the lone wolf on the never ending diet.
Check out my other low calorie ideas: http://proanablogger.blogspot.com/2013/12/very-low-calorie-snacks-100-or-less.html

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Strawberry Smoothie- 70 calories-

This smoothie is fiber packed which means its filling and delicious.

1 cup strawberries 50 calories
1 rounded teaspoon of orange flavor metamucil 20 calories
2 cups water

Blend in blender until smooth. Enjoy. What I like best about this is that most fiber supplements must be taken immediately because they congeal. This blend will prevent that so you can prepare this shake in advanced.

Best life buttery spray 0 calories for 5 sprays, and I estimate 2-3 calories for 10-15 sprays

  1. Yummy very much :) Helpful for weight loss. Too much confusion in the vegan community. I am not going vegan again. Gained too much weight and it's probably not very healthy.

    1. This is so sad to read ☹
Especially because it really doesn't have to be.
Anyway, my conscience couldn't allow it.

  4. I think your cupcake recipe is incorrect. Most recipes call for 1 can of soda per 1 box of cake mix. I tried the 5 cups of soda and 1 box of cake mix. It was entirely too liquidy to bake. Thanks for the ideas, though! Also, I love the mushroom soup.
